Inner Child Healing :

A therapeutic process focused on reconnecting with and healing the parts of ourselves that were wounded during childhood. The concept of the "inner child" refers to the emotional experiences, memories, and unmet needs we carry from our formative years. Healing the inner child involves addressing these unmet needs, reprocessing past traumas, and learning to nurture and care for the emotional aspects of ourselves that may have been neglected or suppressed.

In every session, we collaborate to reconnect with your inner child, identify and express emotions, explore effective reparenting techniques, uncover and release limiting beliefs, increase self-compassion, and shift negative patterns to align with your present reality. This process will enhance your self-awareness and emotional well-being.

Mind / Body Connection :

I prefer using a holistic approach that acknowledges the interconnectedness of mind and body. The mind / body emphasizes how our thoughts, emotions, and mental state influence our physical health, and vice versa. I guide clients to become more aware of their thoughts and body sensations to create positive changes that can improve overall quality of life. Such as identifying unhealthy thought patterns, setting realistic goals for physical activity, and developing strategies for managing stress and anxiety.

Spiritual Growth :

As a certified Spiritual Life Coach, I guide clients in areas such as mindfulness, meditation, self-awareness, personal transformation, and aligning actions with core values. I focus on helping individuals explore and connect with their inner selves, beliefs, and values. In our sessions, we focus on practicing self-love, overcoming limiting beliefs, nurturing peace within, and working through difficult life transitions.

Post-Traumatic Growth :

As a survivor of sexual assault and childhood trauma, my healing journey has provided me with valuable knowledge and insights, empowering me to create a reality that best serves myself and others. I help clients discover meaning, strength, resilience, and new perspectives after experiencing adversity. Together, we navigate the stages of grief, loss, and emotional pain, while reframing the trauma to promote growth and resilience.
