Based on my personal journey, I recognize that survivors of abuse have had so much stolen from them - time, innocence, safety, self-worth, and even their sense of identity. Many of us have unconsciously adopted self-sabotaging patterns, and the uncertainty of where to begin the healing process can feel paralyzing. The intention to shift from a victim mindset to that of a survivor is daunting and often frightening. I feel a deep calling to be a safe space, supportive space for others, and I'm honored to be creating meaningful, lasting change in the lives of my clients.
